Objective
A1-1 - Local governments create conditions (spatial, material and other) for education without physical and administrative barriers for all age categories of their residents.A1-2 - The education system is adapted to new technologies and digitization, appropriate education is available to every resident.A1-3 - Universities, as centers of education, creativity and innovation in their region, prioritize education and research appropriate to the digital age.A1-4 - In cities and towns, conditions are created for sports and activities to support the health and safety of all population groups (based on age, gender, economic demands, etc.).
 
Measure
  1. The development of e-Government in regional education, which will enable the reduction of the administrative burden on the part of schools and school facilities in the form of avoiding duplicate data collection by creating a unified information system. At the same time, this system will enable the publication of selected data in open formats (support of Open Data principles).
  2. The creation of a unified information system of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, which will provide a comprehensive, effective and efficient basis for data managed and pooled by the state administration in education and enable their sharing by all interested entities. The main users of the services will be not only the ministry and its subordinate organizations, but also the public administration in education as such, schools and school facilities.
  3. Supporting the cooperation of educational institutions within MAP and KAP and between MAP and KAP; recommendations for setting up cooperation horizontally and vertically.
  4. Support for the development and use of new teaching methods, including the use of e-learning and educational courses (also for primary and secondary schools; support for the creation of a national library of teaching programs and the sharing of online teaching programs.
  5. Ensuring child care services with sufficient capacities.
  6. Strengthening the digital literacy of various population groups (programs based on age, gender, etc.), motivating people to lifelong learning.
  7. Creating a system of coworking hubs for acquiring business skills and supporting lifelong learning, especially for residents of small villages, supporting the education of senior citizens.
  8. Support for special education programs for seniors in order to adapt to new living conditions (digital literacy).
  9. Deepening the education of school prevention methodologies, ICT coordinators and other teaching staff in the field of safe use of ICT technologies.
  10. Accelerated connection of socio-economic actors (e.g. schools, hospitals, offices, libraries, etc.) to high-speed Internet.
  11. Creating a prerequisite for improving spatial conditions in education and their availability.
