- Development of a manual or methodology for the inclusion of safety criteria in individual documents of cities, municipalities and regions.
- Implementation of the security situation management system.
- Conceptual testing of innovative security technologies.
- Deploying advanced analytical tools for data mining.
- Comprehensive development of metropolitan and regional dispatch centers as centers of situational and crisis management.
- Setting up a platform for informing the public about the nature of the threat, the desired behavior of the population and the planned measures.
- Ensuring the protection of objects and elements of critical infrastructure.
- Setting up sufficient coordination at the level of the region leading to the protection of the population and the territory of cities and municipalities in the region, including the issuance of publicly available documents.
- Conceptual modernization of a unified system of warning and informing residents using both traditional means (public radio) and new technological possibilities at the city/municipality level.
- Setting up information systems for the rapid collection of information about damaged property during the restoration of the territory after natural disasters.
