| | Measure
- Implementation of an environmental security system at the city/municipality/region level using available digital technologies and links from the regional operational and information center of the integrated rescue system.
- Modernization and administration of a functional unified system of warning and informing residents using new technological possibilities at the level of the city/municipality/region.
- Creation of a methodical procedure for the preparation of crisis plans leading to an increase in the crisis resistance of organizations.
- Creation of methodological instructions to support the technical implementation of measures leading to an increase in the crisis resistance of organizations (e.g. description of technical equipment for remote access to information systems, etc.).
