Objective
A4-1 - The concept of integrated security is being developed on a vertical and horizontal level.A4-2 - Cities, municipalities and regions are prepared for extreme meteorological phenomena (large-scale floods, long-term drought, extreme temperatures or wind), they can respond to new threats (including a response to the so-called new ecological burden caused by water and soil pollution, e.g. pharmaceuticals).A4-3 - Cities, municipalities and regions, the organizations established by them and the associations cooperating with them are technically equipped as best as possible or have the appropriate technical means to manage disasters of anthropogenic and natural origin and other events of high impact (terrorist acts, risks in the area of ​​environmental security, e.g. managing threats to people and the environment toxins).A4-4 - There is a systematic and effective integration and sharing of mined data between municipalities, cities, regions and their organizational components, testing of innovative security technologies and approaches.A4-5 - The coordination of city, municipal and regional authorities with the responsible authorities reduces the risks of disrupting the functionality of critical infrastructure elements, interrupting the supply of strategic raw materials or energy.

  1. Analysis and pilot testing of information systems integration options.
  2. Using data platforms to integrate dataset sources and share data.
  3. Implementation of remote access for the regional directorates of PČR to MKDS of municipalities within the framework of real-time image transmission and for the needs of forensic analysis.
  4. Creating high-performance, secure regional private data networks for sharing sensitive data in compliance with legislation.
  5. Securing the airspace in the cadastral territory of municipalities and cities against the risks associated with the use of small unmanned aircraft.
  6. Integration of sensory solutions into MKDS (sound sensors, 3D volumetric solutions).
  7. Automation in cyber security and protection for urban resilience.
