Objective
B1-1 - In cities and municipalities, sufficient infrastructure and facilities are created for the business of self-employed persons and small and medium-sized enterprises.B1-2 - Innovation and start-ups are an essential factor in the development of a municipality, city and region.B1-3 - Conditions are created for local business and work from home/place of residence.B1-4 - Conditions are created for the development of the local economy when a larger or global company enters the region/city/municipality.
 
Measure
  1. Increasing the motivation of municipalities to support business in their territory.
  2. Local business support based on a developed strategy for the application of citizens in the place of residence and business support using regional RIS3 strategies.
  3. Creation of an innovation and creative center of the city, a local (micro-regional) innovation advisor, innovation broker MAS. Support of innovation hubs and innovation centers, regional RIS3 teams. Cooperation of actors with science and technology parks.
  4. Creation of concepts of Integrated Territorial Investments with regard to SMART solution criteria.
  5. Support for coworking centers and the use of buildings and land owned by cities and municipalities to support small businesses, including the regeneration of small brownfields for start-up businesses.
  6. Support of small and private agriculture, local production and consumption of food, for example with the commitment of farmers to provide production only within a certain distance.
  7. Support for the creation of an online center/consultant providing a basic advisory service to small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, including farmers (e.g. help with administrative tasks).
