Measure
  1. Development of a strategy for the transition to a circular economy (ideally for the region) with special attention to waste prevention, recycling and end-use facilities for the use and treatment of waste and water management.
  2. Education, communication with citizens and their involvement using modern technological tools (applications used to monitor the cleanliness of the city, black dumps, recommendations of companies using recycled products or reusable products, including public contracts, etc.).
  3. Use of new IoW/IoT technologies used to monitor flows of matter or matter and energy, involvement of municipalities, cities and regions in innovative/research and pilot projects in the field of circular economy.
