Objective
C1-1 - The air in cities and towns is not polluted by harmful substances from identifiable sources.C1-2 - Water sources in a specific area are protected from pollution, the restoration and development of water supply and sewerage infrastructure is supported with the aim of optimizing the distribution of drinking water and the removal and treatment of waste water.C1-3 - A high degree of soil and biodiversity protection is achieved in a specific area.
 
Measure
  1. Implementation of a program to change the heating method: primarily ending heating with coal or wet wood due to emissions of substances hazardous to health, with regard to achieving goals in energy savings (consistent insulation of buildings), climate protection and use of energy resources at the point of consumption and using SMART solutions - at the level cities, municipalities, regions.
  2. The introduction of air quality monitoring at the local level using new technological tools and its use for traffic management, including the identification of non-emission-compliant vehicles and the management of heat production.
  3. The use of alternative fuels in means of transport owned by municipalities and regions (e.g. electromobility, bioCNG or hydrogen) and the construction of safe recharging and filling stations.
