Objective
ZPO2-1 - Cohesive municipality, cohesive city, cohesive region – balanced development of regions, cities and municipalities, their local and urban districts leads to balanced development of the region (cooperation at the local level; decision-making based on collected data broken down by gender).ZPO2-2 - A city/municipality/region is the real home of its inhabitants and with the support of SMART solutions it functions better as a community.ZPO2-3 - The region/city/municipality develops in a sustainable way in the economic, environmental and social fields.

  3. Systematic financial support of cultural and associational activities in municipalities and cities, regional cultural, social, sports and similar activities by regions.
  4. The introduction of gender aspects into the creation and implementation of the city/municipality development strategy, the different approach of men and women, older and younger residents, healthy and disabled residents is taken into account during communication.
  5. The use of participatory design, the involvement of associations, organizations and companies in the territory of the city/municipality in decision-making about its development.
  6. Use of participatory budgeting and social networks to create internal cohesion of the city/municipality – involving citizens in city/municipality decision-making.
