Objective
A3-1 - Cities, municipalities and regions create the conditions for a good life for families.A3-3 - In cities, municipalities and regions, protection is ensured against organized crime, crime resulting from addiction, drug crime, extremism and the rise of social tension are prevented, protection is ensured against cyber attacks on individuals, municipalities and community activities.
 
Measure
  1. Cities, municipalities and regions (in cooperation with non-governmental organizations, local associations and/or schools) implement preventive activities, including the prevention of addictive behavior, programs and projects for community resilience and crime prevention, including the support and dissemination of awareness in the field of cyber security.
  2. The concept of crime prevention in cities and municipalities and ensuring the safety and property of people, adequate personnel capacity and technical equipment of the city/municipal police.
  3. Supporting the preparedness of households and their members to face threats (e.g. fires or leaks of dangerous gases in households, risk of natural and flash floods, leaks of dangerous substances, wind storms).
