Objective
B1-1 - In cities and municipalities, sufficient infrastructure and facilities are created for the business of self-employed persons and small and medium-sized enterprises.B1-2 - Innovation and start-ups are an essential factor in the development of a municipality, city and region.B1-3 - Conditions are created for local business and work from home/place of residence.B1-4 - Conditions are created for the development of the local economy when a larger or global company enters the region/city/municipality.
 
Measure
  1. Cooperation of regions, cities and municipalities with universities and other academic workplaces to create innovative solutions (e.g. research projects, regional hackathons for the public to solve local problems) with the support of other entities.
  2. Creation and implementation of an agreement on the cooperation of the local government and local companies (local/regional business/innovation council; possibility of fulfillment through the Technological Incubation project, etc.).
