Objective
B2-1 - Increasing the level of self-sufficiency of the territory in energy supply.B2-2 - The energy economy in the territory of the region is optimized with regard to the efficient use of resources and the achievement of savings.B2-3 - The energy infrastructure in the territory enables a safe and reliable supply of energy, there is a reduction in the degree of dependence on external sources and an optimal ratio of supplies from central and decentralized sources.
 
Measure
  1. Elaboration of an energy concept at the level of the region, city/municipality or region in accordance with the corresponding legislation and the needs of the given territory.
  2. Preparation of projects for decentralized/local production of energy from RES with maximum use of local conditions (brownfield sites, roofs and other surfaces of buildings, etc.) including accumulation and energy saving projects and their active support. Active involvement in pilot activities and support for the creation of so-called living labs.
  3. Mapping of potential sources for the use of waste heat and local energy use of waste, modernization and development of existing heat supply systems with regard to their efficiency.
