Objective

Measure
  1. The city/municipality creates the conditions and supports the development of secure ICT infrastructure and services in its territory, or is the initiator of such development.
  2. Methodological assistance in ensuring technological independence and neutrality in building ICT departments and services in cities, municipalities and regions (monitoring, control and measurement systems); it must be guaranteed that access to public services does not depend on a specific (predetermined) platform or technology (vendor lock-in) and is fully in accordance with the requirements of the Cyber ​​Security Act, including ensuring the compatibility of network elements.
  3. Ensuring cyber security of network endpoints (access points), as well as safe installation and use of applications; the elimination of the risk of abuse must be ensured by a suitable monitoring and evaluation tool.
