- Implementation of transport measures leading to the calming of traffic in the centers of cities and municipalities and in places where there is a high burden in relation to the quality of life of the inhabitants; support of mass and non-motorized transport.
- Awareness campaigns based on the prepared strategy/concept of mobility and transport services in the city or village (including alternative modes of transport); continuous involvement of citizens in the strategic planning of the city/municipality.
- Support of shared transport (carsharing, bikesharing) and fully occupied vehicles (carpooling), even on the part of state administration and local government (so-called corporate carsharing), which set an example.
