Objective
C4-1 - Available transport infrastructure corresponding to needs, safe infrastructure for alternative drives and for the development of non-motorized transport in municipalities, cities and regions, with regard to reducing emissions and the impact on the climate.C4-2 - Targeted communication with local residents enables the adoption of an attractive mobility alternative with minimal environmental impact.C4-3 - Public space from the point of view of transport infrastructure and mobility is addressed in the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan.
 
Measure
  1. Implementation of transport measures leading to the calming of traffic in the centers of cities and municipalities and in places where there is a high burden in relation to the quality of life of the inhabitants; support of mass and non-motorized transport.
  2. Awareness campaigns based on the prepared strategy/concept of mobility and transport services in the city or village (including alternative modes of transport); continuous involvement of citizens in the strategic planning of the city/municipality.
  3. Support of shared transport (carsharing, bikesharing) and fully occupied vehicles (carpooling), even on the part of state administration and local government (so-called corporate carsharing), which set an example.
