Objective
ZPO4-1 - Cities, municipalities and regions are (digitally) open to their neighbors and the outside world in achieving their own development goals.ZPO4-2 - International cooperation between regions and municipalities strengthens good relations, increases the resilience of the country and its international importance.ZPO4-3 - SMART Cities/Villages/Regions – the good name of cities, towns and regions in the world
 
Measure
  1. Cooperation of organizations bringing together municipalities within the framework of V4 to promote the common interests of SMART solutions in individual areas of interest (energy, transport, environment, etc.) towards third parties (e.g. in the creation of EU legislation).
  2. Sharing good practice in the field of SMART solutions implemented by regions, municipalities and their research and economic partners in the country with similar groups in selected countries of the world.
  3. Involvement of municipalities in the Pact of mayors and mayors for climate and energy, development of municipal cooperation in fulfilling the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially sharing experiences related to SDG 11 (Sustainable cities and municipalities).
  4. Agreement/memorandum on cooperation and systematic development of cooperation with associations and other organizations uniting municipalities on the creation of SMART concepts and their dissemination abroad.
