Measure
  1. Systematic cooperation of the state, regions and large cities in promoting economic interests and spreading the brand of the innovative country on the basis of a joint memorandum of cooperation, especially in areas related to SMART solutions.
  2. Support for the cooperation of large cities on the initiatives of leaders of SMART solutions to the ethical rules of digitization, on security measures in cyberspace.
  3. Strengthening city-rural ties.
